Bathroom Vanity Solutions for Hotel Projects

Professional Bathroom Vanity Supplier for Hotels

We

We specialize in providing bathroom vanity solutions for hotel projects, delivering high-quality and durable products that meet hospitality standards.

Our vanities are designed to combine aesthetics, durability, and functionality for high-traffic environments.

Here's what that actually means in a hotel setting. A guest bathroom gets used multiple times a day, every day, 365 days a year. The vanity has to survive water splashes, cleaning chemicals, luggage bumps, and the occasional guest who leans on the counter harder than they should. Residential-grade vanities don't cut it.

We build for that abuse from the start. Our vanities use thicker substrates, sealed edges on all four sides, and commercial-grade hardware rated for high cycle counts. We also pay attention to things most suppliers ignore-like how the vanity backsplash meets the wall, or whether the toe kick can handle a mop slamming into it every morning.

We've supplied vanities to hotels across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Each market has different expectations. European projects often want compact vanities with integrated storage. North American hotels typically ask for larger counters with dual sinks. Resorts want high-end finishes that photograph well. We adjust without making a fuss.

Designed for Hospitality Use

Hotel bathroom vanities require special considerations:

01/

Moisture-resistant materials

Hotel bathrooms have poor ventilation more often than not. Guests take long steamy showers. Water pools around the sink. Cheap vanities swell at the edges within a year. We use plywood or moisture-resistant MDF for the carcase, not standard particleboard. Edge banding is heat-fused PVC on all four sides-front, back, top, bottom. Not just the visible edges.

02/

High durability for frequent use
A hotel vanity drawer might open and close 10–20 times per day. That's 3,000–7,000 cycles per year. Standard drawer slides fail. We use soft-close undermount slides rated for 50,000 cycles. Hinges are zinc alloy or stainless steel, not stamped steel. Door fronts are impact-resistant laminate or thermofoil, not painted MDF that chips when a suitcase hits it.

03/

Elegant and modern design

Hotel guests judge the whole property by the bathroom. A dated vanity makes the room feel old, even if the bed is new. We keep our designs current without being trendy. Flat slab, shaker, and minimalist Euro styles are the most requested. Colors stay neutral-white, off-white, light grey, warm wood tones. Nothing that will look tired in three years.

04/

Easy maintenance

Housekeeping doesn't have time for special cleaners or delicate surfaces. Our vanities wipe clean with standard disinfectants. No waxing, no polishing, no special treatment. If a door gets damaged, it's replaceable without redoing the whole vanity.

We test our vanities with common hotel cleaning chemicals-bleach-based wipes, quaternary ammonium compounds, and alcohol sprays. No discoloration, no surface degradation.

Custom Hotel Vanity Solutions

Most hotel vanities are not standard sizes. You might have a 37-inch opening that needs a 36-inch vanity with a filler. Or a corner layout that needs a 45-degree angled unit. Or a disabled-access room that needs a lower height and open knee space.

We handle all of that without charging custom tooling fees for reasonable variations. We provide full customization services:

01/

Vanity sizes and layouts

Standard widths: 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 60, 72 inches. Depths: 18, 21, 22 inches (standard), or shallower for tight spaces. Heights: 34 inches (standard), 30 inches (ADA), or custom. Single or double sinks. Drawer-only, door-only, or drawer + door combinations.

02/

Countertop materials

We can supply vanities with or without countertops. If you want tops from us: solid surface (Corian-style), quartz, marble, or laminate. We can also pre-cut for your specified drop-in or undermount sinks.

03/

Sink and basin integration

Undermount, drop-in, or vessel. Single or double. We can cut openings to your template or provide integrated solid surface basins with no seams.

04/

Mirror cabinets and lighting

Matching mirrors or mirror cabinets with internal storage. LED lighting integration available-motion sensor, dimmable, or standard on/off. Lighting color temperature: warm (3000K) or cool (4000K). We can pre-wire for your local electrical standards.

Most of our apartment clients tell us the same thing: they've tried cheaper suppliers and ended up with mismatched doors, damaged edges, or hardware that falls apart after six months. We're not the absolute cheapest. We're the most reliable for the price, and that reliability saves you money in the long run.

Tell us what you need. We'll send a CAD drawing for approval before production. No guesswork.

Consistent Quality for Large Projects

We offer customization to match your project requirements:

For hotel developments, we ensure:

  • Uniform design across all rooms
  • Stable product quality
  • Efficient production scheduling

A 200-room hotel means 200 vanities that need to look identical. Not 198 good ones and 2 that are slightly off. Not 50 from batch one and 150 from batch two that don't quite match.

We run hotel orders as single production batches. Same sheet of laminate, same hinge batch, same CNC program. Our quality control does random pull inspections every 50 units and a full check on the first and last unit of every run.

Production scheduling is built around your construction timeline. We don't ask you to store vanities for three months while the building finishes. We also don't deliver late. We coordinate with your project manager and set a production window that lands exactly when you need the units on-site.

For very large hotels (300+ rooms), we can stage production in phases. First 100 units, then next 100, etc. Each phase is fully inspected and photographed before shipping.

Suitable for Various Hotel Types

Our products are used in:

01/

Luxury hotels
These projects demand premium materials and finishes. Solid wood doors, stone countertops, soft-close everything, and high-end hardware. We can meet these specs without the lead times of a custom furniture shop.

02/

Boutique hotels
Design matters here. Unusual colors, mixed materials, and distinctive hardware. We work with your designer to match samples and produce small batches (20–50 units) with consistent quality.

03/

Resorts
Resorts need vanities that handle humidity, salt air (coastal properties), and high occupancy. We use marine-grade plywood for coastal resorts and extra-thick edge banding for tropical climates.

04/

Serviced apartments
These are a hybrid between hotel and residential. Guests stay longer, so vanities need more storage-drawers instead of doors, taller cabinets, integrated laundry hampers. We've done all of these.

If your property type isn't listed here, just ask. We've probably done something similar.

One-Stop Hotel Cabinet Solution

We provide:

  • Bathroom vanities
  • Kitchen cabinets (for suites)
  • Wardrobes
  • Accessories

Hotels with kitchenettes or full suites need more than bathroom vanities. Ordering everything from one supplier saves you time and shipping costs.

Kitchen cabinets for suites

Small kitchenettes need compact cabinets-microwave bases, mini-fridge enclosures, under-counter refrigerators. We build to appliance specifications.

Wardrobes

Sliding door, hinged, or open. Internal shelving, hanging rods, drawer units. Finishes match your bathroom vanities.

Accessories

Towel bars, robe hooks, toilet paper holders, and waste bins. We can supply matching hardware across all bathroom and wardrobe items.

One order, one production schedule, one container. Fewer headaches.

Why Choose Our Hotel Vanity Solutions

  • Experience in hospitality projects
  • High-quality materials
  • Custom design flexibility
  • Reliable delivery

We don't just say these things. Here's what they mean in practice.

modular-1

01

Experience in hospitality projects

We've completed over 50 hotel projects ranging from 20 to 500 rooms. We know what hotel inspectors look for. We know what housekeeping needs. We know what saves you money during installation.

02

High-quality materials

No downgrading. If we quote plywood, you get plywood. If we quote soft-close hinges, you get soft-close. We don't bait and switch.

03

Custom design flexibility

We don't force you into standard sizes just to make our production easier. If your architect spec'd a non-standard dimension, we build it.

04

Reliable delivery

We ship on the date we promise. If we're going to be late (rare), we tell you at least two weeks in advance, not the day before.

Frequently Asked Questions – Hotel Vanity Projects

  • Q: What's the minimum order quantity for hotel vanities?

A: For hotel pricing, we typically start at 30 rooms. Smaller boutique projects (10–29 rooms) are possible but may not get the same per-unit discount. Contact us with your volume.

  • Q: Do you offer samples before full production?

A: Yes. We can send door samples (finish + material), hinge samples, and countertop material swatches. Samples take about 7–10 days via air freight. Cost is refundable against your first order.

  • Q: How do you handle ADA-compliant vanities?

A: We build to ADA specifications-30–34 inch heights, open knee space, insulated pipes, and proper clearance. We've done ADA vanities for major hotel chains. Just tell us which standards apply (US ADA, UK Part M, etc.).

  • Q: What's your lead time for a 150-room hotel project?

A: Standard is 30–35 days from deposit and final approval. Add ocean freight (15–25 days to most destinations) and customs clearance. Total door-to-door typically 50–65 days.

  • Q: Can you match vanities to existing FF&E?

A: Yes. Send us a sample or color code. We'll match as closely as possible. For wood grain finishes, we recommend sending a physical sample-photos don't show grain direction well.

  • Q: Do you offer installation?

A: We don't install, but we provide detailed assembly instructions and labeled packaging. For large projects (100+ rooms), we can provide an on-site supervisor at additional cost.

  • Q: What's the warranty on hotel vanities?

A: 2 years on manufacturing defects (delamination, hinge failure, drawer slide issues). Normal wear, water damage, or improper installation is not covered. Extended warranty available.

  • Q: Do your vanities meet fire safety standards?

A: Yes for standard materials. If your project requires specific fire ratings (e.g., ASTM E84 Class A), let us know. We can source fire-rated MDF or plywood at additional cost.

  • Q: Can you brand the vanities with the hotel logo?

A: Yes-laser-engraved on a small plate or discreetly inside a drawer. We don't recommend large logos on visible surfaces; guests don't want to see branding in the bathroom.

  • Q: What payment terms do you offer?

A: Standard is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For established hotel clients or very large projects (200+ rooms), we can negotiate 30/30/40 (deposit / mid-production / before shipment).
