The maintenance methods of the sink mainly include the following aspects:
Use neutral detergent: When cleaning the sink, avoid using strong acid and alkali cleaning liquids. It is recommended to use neutral detergents to prevent corrosion on the surface of the sink. Use a sponge or cotton cloth to gently scrub the sink, and avoid using tools such as steel wool to avoid scratches.
Avoid prolonged contact with chemicals: Do not leave rubber dishwashing pads, wet dishwashing sponges or other cleaning pads in the sink. Household products, bleach or food containing chlorine can damage the sink. Even if it is placed in a cupboard, if the container of bleach or chemical detergent is opened, the gas or vapor in it will cause damage to the sink.
Prevent mineral deposits: Retained water can cause mineral deposits to occur. A low-concentration vinegar solution can be used to remove such deposits, and finally rinse it completely with water. Avoid leaving lemons, sauces, pickles, mustard or other salty foods in the sink and on the panel for a long time to prevent corrosion of the sink.
Dealing with rust and mildew: If the sink has "floating rust" or "mildew", you can use five-clean powder or toothpaste to apply to the rust and spots, and wipe it clean with a rag. Avoid using scouring pads, abrasive discs or abrasive materials to clean the sink.
Prevent scratches and deformation: Do not cut food or chop hard objects directly on the sink panel to prevent scratches or deformation. Try to avoid sharp and hard utensils such as knives, forks, and cooking utensils hitting the sink to avoid scratching or denting the sink surface.
Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly check whether the various parts of the sink are intact, and replace aging seals and damaged parts in time. Keep the sink dry and avoid long-term water accumulation to prevent bacteria from growing.
